About the Role You will oversee the full scope of licensing and operational compliance, lead venue performance, and ensure every aspect of the business meets the highest legal and experiential standards. Working closely with the senior management team, you'll play an instrumental role in driving financial success, maintaining culture, and upholding the venue's premium brand identity. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all licensing, gaming, and regulatory compliance requirements. Maintain exceptional operational standards across multiple outlets. Lead and inspire large teams, cultivating a culture of accountability and service excellence. Drive venue performance through sound financial management and P&L oversight. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, authorities, and community partners. Ensure adherence to all WHS, RSA, and gaming obligations with professionalism and precision. Champion the venue's values, guest experience, and brand reputation. About You You're a seasoned hospitality professional who thrives in a high-volume, premium environment. Your leadership style balances strong compliance knowledge with an innate ability to motivate, develop, and unite your team. You have a deep understanding of operational performance and an unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience. Requirements: Minimum 4-5 years' experience as a Licensee or senior leader within a large-scale or multi-outlet venue. Comprehensive understanding of liquor and gaming legislation and compliance. Proven experience managing P&L's, budgets, and business reporting. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage large, diverse teams. Current and valid RSA, RCG, ARCG, and Advanced Licensee qualifications. Exceptional professionalism, presentation, and attention to detail. No sponsorship available.
